1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the mdg89 Platform is restricted. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. mdg89 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit and will request documentary proof of age during KYC verification.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of mdg89 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing mdg89 Account. Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from mdg89 or been notified that your Account has been suspended or closed for any reason.
• You are not employed by mdg89, any of its affiliates, any game studio whose content is available on the Platform, or any entity that provides services to mdg89 in a capacity that creates a conflict of interest.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to financial sanctions under any applicable national or international regime.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of mdg89 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate and up to date. Should any of your details change, you must update your Account profile promptly. mdg89 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one active mdg89 Account at any time. Creating duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mdg89 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to withhold any balance pending investigation.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account details with any third party. mdg89 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact mdg89 support immediately via live chat.

3.5 Account Currency

All mdg89 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. No currency conversion is applied by mdg89, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own exchange or processing fees where applicable.

4 KYC Verification

Before withdrawals are processed, mdg89 requires all Members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This process is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control and is mandatory for all Members regardless of transaction volume.

4.1 Required Documents

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence in your name, dated within the past three months, showing your current residential address.
• Payment method verification: Evidence that the deposit method belongs to you (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking profile, or your OVO / DANA / GoPay account name matching your registered name).

4.2 Verification Timeline

KYC documents submitted via the Account verification portal are typically reviewed within 24 hours during standard business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). mdg89 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is unclear or incomplete. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.

4.3 Right to Audit

mdg89 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting further documentation or restricting Account activity during the review period. This right applies regardless of whether the Account has already completed standard KYC verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

mdg89 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are generally credited to your mdg89 Account within minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the payment network. mdg89 is not responsible for delays caused by the member's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The standard processing time is under 10 minutes for bank transfer withdrawals during normal operating hours. Withdrawals requested outside of 08:00–23:00 WIB may be processed on the next available business cycle. mdg89 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet may impose transaction charges at their discretion.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name.
• Any active Wagering Requirement attached to Bonus Funds must be fully met before the relevant portion of the Balance may be withdrawn.
• mdg89 reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal amount during any 24-hour period. Limits are communicated in the Account settings and may be adjusted for VIP Members.
• Attempted withdrawal of funds that are subject to an ongoing investigation, dispute, or AML review may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

5.5 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your mdg89 Account are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. mdg89 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in relation to any suspected financial crime.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

mdg89 offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x means a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 500.000 in qualifying wagers). Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot bets typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino tables may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution schedules are published in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

mdg89 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent; using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures; and exploiting technical errors or miscalculated odds. Where bonus abuse is identified, mdg89 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, restrict Account functionality, and permanently close the Account without prior notice.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not met within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

6.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

mdg89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Such modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's Account, provided the Member continues to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

mdg89 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where the bet exceeds pre-set limits, where an error in odds is identified, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Member.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or clearly miscalculated odds, mdg89 reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. mdg89 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from such events. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Sportsbook Rules

All sports wagers are settled in accordance with the specific sport and market rules published in the mdg89 sportsbook rules section. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules vary by sport and market type. Members are encouraged to review the applicable rules before placing wagers on affected events.

7.4 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games hosted on the mdg89 platform are operated by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and SA Gaming. Game rules are governed by the respective studio's published rules, and mdg89 has no ability to alter game outcomes or procedures. In the event of a dispute regarding a live casino outcome, the studio's server-side records constitute the definitive evidence of the result.

7.5 Slot and RNG Games

All slot and random number generator (RNG) games available on mdg89 are independently certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mdg89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or data.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through a known bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than participate in genuine play.
• Placing bets on events where you have advance non-public knowledge of the outcome, including through insider information or collusion with athletes, officials, or other participants.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mdg89 customer support agents or other Members via any communication channel.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without the express prior written consent of mdg89.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the mdg89 Platform — including but not limited to the mdg89 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of mdg89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of mdg89. Any unauthorised use may result in Account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mdg89 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or Force Majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any decision made by a Member in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game RTP data.

mdg89's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 By mdg89

mdg89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mdg89 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose mdg89 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is closed for cause, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no misconduct is identified following investigation, remaining cleared funds will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

11.2 By the Member

You may close your mdg89 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five business days.

12 Privacy & Data

mdg89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to mdg89 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and platform improvement.

mdg89 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested. 13 Responsible Gaming

mdg89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide Members with tools to help manage their play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your Account settings panel.

If you believe that your gambling is becoming problematic, or if someone close to you has expressed concern about your play, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature or contact our support team immediately. 14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg89 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through mdg89's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant regulatory body.

Nothing in this clause limits the rights of Indonesian consumers under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by agreement.

15 Amendments

mdg89 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mdg89 will provide at least seven days' prior notice by posting the revised Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying registered Members via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2 before the amendment takes effect.
